We've partnered with Trees for the Future, a non-profit dedicated to offsetting carbon emissions and improving the livelihoods of impoverished farmers by revitalising degraded lands in countries like Kenya, Senegal and Tanzania.

Planting trees provides families with more than just food. It provides income, empowerment, unity, leadership, education and even saves lives. Their goal is to break the cycle of poverty and eradicate hunger for 1 million people by planting 500 million trees in 125,000 Forest Gardens by 2025.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
Our games are made predominantly from paper and wood. We make this sustainable by using materials that come from sustainable forests, or are made from recycled materials. But, we want to go further to ensure we give back more than we use to help curb the deforestation that's happening across the world. We also want to offset our carbon footprint.

WHEN WILL WE PLANT A TREE? 
For every game or expansion you buy, we will fund the planting of a tree with Trees for the Future. That includes new products bought online or in a shop.

We picked them because their tree planting efforts tackle multiple problems - maintaining a healthy ecosystem in multiple regions, reducing carbon emissions, and providing for those living in poverty.
